Entry for Display Vehicles starts from 09:00 AM onwards
Public parking starts at : 11:00 AM
We have Food and Drink vendors open from:11:00 AM
Notes:
Due to the anticipated increased volume of display vehicles, please can all Drivers adhere to a site speed limit of 5 MPH when in the display area and when entering or exiting the site.
As you know we are making a charge this year of £5.00 per Vehicle (NOT per Person) where possible cash is preferred as we will have limited access to equipment to process card payments. So if you bring cash, it will help significantly speed up parking visitor cars.
We had a spot of trouble last year with a somewhat peeved driver causing abuse directed at our marshalls, please remember that all of the people who help us run this event are volunteers.
Marshalls will guide all road traffic to either the Display Entrance between the church and the school or to the Public Parking Entrance just a bit further along the Yattendon Road at the Reading end of the village. (Just before the estate offices)
The Map below shows the layout for Display Vehicles & Car Clubs on the day, if your club is not shown you will be in the main display area.

From the comments received and the numbers, we have moved and expanded the Blue Badge parking area, and have adopted a one-way system for general public parking this will ensure that all vehicles can enter and leave the site safely.
All display vehicles must be road taxed and insured as necessary. Participating under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly forbidden. Attendance indicates understanding and acceptance of the above and you agree to comply with the rules and regulations of the Road Traffic Act of 1st July 1992 which applies to public places (i.e. car shows) The show and site organisers are unable to accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to entrants, visitors, their vehicles and property howsoever caused.
